Your advantages as a member

1. 360 ° Freewave all-round charter package – from the inquiry to the “check out”

  • Booking request: Consultation about sailing yacht, equipment, routes and an option on the yacht for one week until the final decision
  • Parking – we can arrange your parking space outside the marina at a fixed price of € 35
  • Shopping: You can already use a dinghy before you check in to go to the market in Trogir
  • Early “check in” (2:00 p.m. at the latest)
  • Upgrade to a larger / newer yacht, if available
  • Premium dinghy (Zarmini 300 with 10 HP outboard motor) if available
  • SUP incl.
  • Initial supply (detergent, sponge, toilet paper, garbage bags and large Bath towels)
  • Return to the base until Saturday morning (09:00) if there are no repairs necessary
  • Accommodation before / after the charter free of charge (depending on the available yachts)
  • Intermediate yacht cleaning at 50% of the normal price for several weeks Booking / crew change and 2nd set of bed linen incl.

2. Specials (for you at a discounted price)

Participation in our “yacht test days” in April.

Test the yachts that are of interest to you in our fleet, either for a few hours or longer (max.time frame 2 days per yacht)

  • Duration 3 days (Friday – Sunday) with dinner on Saturday
  • Included: yacht plus additional costs (final cleaning, diesel, bed linen) Dinner on the 2nd day
  • Costs: € 245 per person (applies to you plus 1 accompanying person)

Pleasure sailing in October (max. 3 – 5 yachts)

With the sailing yacht we explore the island worlds together. We anchor in unique bays and towns, wander through forests, visit monasteries and discover the islands in our own personal way. A focus training (e.g. sailing with a gennaker or night trips) is also offered.

  • Duration 4 days with dinner on the 2nd and 3rd day
  • Included: yacht plus additional costs (final cleaning, diesel, bed linen) Dinner on the 2nd and 3rd day
  • Costs: € 285 per person (applies to you plus 1 accompanying person)

3. Bonus program

  • For every booking you receive a bonus of 5%, which is either collected, or can be used directly for the next booking. Valid for all bookings from the sailing season 2021
  • If a new charter guest books with us through your recommendation, receive A voucher for € 150

Membership Conditions

1. SUBJECT

The Freewave Club is a customer loyalty program for regular Freewave Yacht Charter customers. Membership costs € 375 per membership year
The services are listed in Appendix 1

2. REQUIREMENTS AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES

2.1 Club members can only be natural persons who are at least 18 years old

2.2 Membership in the Freewave Club begins with the signature of the membership application. The customer fills in the requested data there and confirms this with his signature. After successful registration and payment of the membership fee, the customer receives written notification of his membership. His membership card will be deposited for collection in our office in Seget Marina in Trogir.

3. MEMBERSHIP

Membership takes place after the customer has successfully registered. Membership is limited to the period of the respective calendar year. The advantages (voucher or bonus) collected during this period can be redeemed in the 3 calendar years following the membership year. Membership expires after the respective calendar year without further obligations or termination. The membership can of course be renewed in the coming calendar year.

4. RECEIVING THE CLUB BENEFITS

The member is granted various advantages (see a detailed list in the appendix). This can be, for example, exclusive regular customer specials, price advantages or free offers. The club benefits are personal and are granted when booking directly.
Furthermore, the benefits are only granted to the club member and are not transferable or payable to third parties.

5. POSSIBILITIES OF OBJECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY

5.1 Without providing your full name, postal address (no post office box), email address and date of birth, membership in the Freewave Club is not possible. The member accepts that Freewave Yachtcharter will store his personal data and use it for its own member administration and for its own communication purposes. The transmitted data will not be passed on to third parties.

5.2 There is always the possibility to object to the use of data in writing. The contact details given under point 6 can be used for this purpose.
